Foxy Love

I've always love the canines ever since I was born, but over the years, the wolves and the foxes have become my dominant favorites. After getting into asian mythology, I discovered the 9 tailed white fox of Inari, and I was instantly hooked. This was the most powerful spirit fox and the white color itself symbolizes purity and strength. My personality and the one of a spirit fox were almost identical, so hence I became the white fox. A sad thing I came to discover later on, and it had to do with the name "Kitsune". It was so common, and usually it's used by the wanna-be otakus, which I don't consider myself to be at all. I'm not an otaku. So I added Daho at the front (I think it's made up). But enough about that, that belongs in the Bio section. This page is dedicated to all the beautiful fox species in the world. A general description of each is provided as well as some of the best pictures I've seen of them (click on the pictures for full view). Steal them if you want, that's what I did.

Arctic Fox~This species is famous for having the most babies in one litter out of any mammel! The arctic fox is also known for living in the tundra and sub-arctic areas around the North Pole, so you can find them in Canada, Alaska, Russia, and Scandinavia. To prevent heat loss, this fox has the smallest ears of all the fox species. During the summer, this fox has a blue, grey, or black coat.

Grey Fox~This is the only fox that can really climb! Its wrists have a rotating movement that other canines don't have, and it is also distinguished by its grey back.

Red Fox~This is the most common and most famous of all fox species. Its usual fur color is red, but it can be black, silver, red, orange, or even a blue color. The way to tell if its a red fox or not is to look at its tail. It will always have the white tip, while others don't.
<--that's a korean fox!

Desert Fox~ This is also called the Fennac or Sand Fox. Its main characteristic is its large ears. Look at the size of them! It also always has a short coat, to cool off. The main color is tan, but it has various yellow tones.
